I called ruby due to my generator not working during a power outage. Their tech could not make it out that day so the next day I called to get my generator serviced. The receptionist took my info and then ask me if I had a contract. I told her no. She then told me that they do installs first, then contract holders then anyone else. For over two weeks we waited and I called several times and was told the same thing. Then out of the blue with no prior call from Ruby, their repairman just showed up mid morning. There was no call the prior day to let us know that they were going to show up the next day, there was no call that morning to let us know that they were coming that day. They just showed up. I have several dogs so the tech could not come into the back yard. What does Ruby expect? For me to take off work until they decide to show up with no warning.
