On 3/8/22 they replaced a water heater valve, under warranty. Plumber worked under 1 hr, charged me $400 and said I'd be reimbursed for the part. I called them numerous times and they said the money would be coming. Never happened. On 6/9/22 I called and they agreed to "settle" and refund $150. Six weeks later--no check. I'm disgusted and tired of dealing with them. I want my money.Business response

Check was supposed to go out in June and there was an obvious miscommunication on who was actually cutting the check. I have cut a check today and it is going out tomorrow to the customer address. It was simply and misstep on our end.
