There are parts of our roof falling off. Upon purchasing the property, we were advised the home had a newer roof. I contacted the previous owner and confirmed the new roof was installed by House Toppers Exteriors, Inc. and it was within a year before selling us our home (weve been in our home for less than 3 years).I have attempted for several weeks to contact the business, calling, leaving voicemails, sending e-mail, and using their website to request contact. I would like to discuss the warranty status of the roof and request an inspection/work.

I went by the house and talked to the owner. He has fascia falling off his house which house toppers did not install. also asked me to go up and look at the roof to inspect it. I did and the roof is fine and there is nothing "falling off". I asked him to take this complaint down since the work we did was not the issue. the home owner then said he would take it down once the fascia was fixed, which was not work we had performed in tbe past. we installed the roof and nothing more. I'd like this false complaint taken down and then out of a courtesy to the homeowner we can organize the fascia being fixed.
