I ordered tires from Anthem and paid for expedited shipping. Total value of a little under $2200.00. March 31st I processed my order for tires and paid expedited shipping to have them delivered by April 4th. I received a notification that my order was being processed WITH expedited shipping. I then got a notification that my tires had shipped and were picked up on April 3rd. In the notification it stated standard shipping. This was the first issue. Then several days later the tires were finally delivered 4/10 and left at the bottom of my driveway. No signature required on a purchase of over $2000. When I got home, the tires were NOT there and I reported it to Anthem and asked them to cancel the order as I did not want to pay for merchandise that I didnt receive. They offered to refund me $200 for the expedited shipment cost as well as another $100 on April 13th. I explained that I was okay with the refund and it has now been 2 weeks. I was then billed another installment on the payment plan and I reached out again requesting that they cancel the order. They stated that they will not cancel the order due to having a photo of the delivered items and to contact local police regarding the stolen items. At this point I am now paying for tires that were never received and have had no resolution to the issue. When I contacted the police department they stated that I could file a report but that it wouldnt guarantee they would be able to find the stolen items as none of our neighbors have cameras or any way of tracking the items. Im extremely upset and want a refund of the amount I paid for expedited shipping as well as the additional $250 that I was charged for not getting the product.Business response

We are currently in the process of reviewing this matter to determine further assistance. Given that the carrier confirmed a picture of the pallet upon delivery, it makes this situation a bit more precarious. Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and still want the refund that was promised to me by a representative through email correspondence previously. They stated a refund of an additional $100 for the inconvenience was to be sent and it has been 2 weeks now. Additionally, I want the payments to be cancelled going further. I refuse to pay for something that was not received.

Exchanged multiple emails before purchasing a new set of wheels in which I got quick responses from. I then purchased and needed to cancel the order 2hrs later. I sent them a request via their website and a guy responded promptly that I could switch my payment and to just pay them with the new payment and that they would refund my first payment. I didn't feel comfortable paying them twice and hoping they would refund me on the first transaction so I told them to just cancel my order. This was now within 3hrs of ordering. **** then sent me a generic response that my request would be forwarded to the correct department. Never heard anything for the rest of that day. Next day I sent him another email stating to cancel my order, never heard anything. Later that night sent them another request via their website stating I wanted to cancel my order. Still havent heard anything. They got my money and now are specifically ignoring me and forcing me to accept this product that I no longer have a use for. Very unethical business practice.Business response

Due to the volume of orders we ship daily, it can take time to track down an order and disrupt production lines to halt a singular order.
