3/25/2022 @ 12:47 pm I ordered a lunch special with jasmine **** and a normal ***** for pickup. The order was wrong (I got white ****) AND forgot the second order. After pickup there was no utensils included in the order. We could not go back to pick them up and Kaythy would not let me speak to a manager she insisted that we need to come back to pickup the utensils. I mentioned that this was not possible and that I speak to a manager multiple times yet my requests continually got denied. I would like my money back from the business as my food could not get eaten and she apologized for not asking (due to being busy) yet could not do anything per my requests. Im very disappointed that I could not eat their food and wish they could refund my account. Also a second receipt was not provided as my account was charged.
