I have gone to this dental business for over 15 years. I asked back then if they took my insurance... over the years I have asked why the insurance didn't pay more... NEVER ONCE DID THEY TELL ME THEY WERE OUT OF NETWORK. Just in the past couple of months (after I had to go to another dentist to get a tooth pulled) did an employee there (when I asked how come you charge so much more... did the new girl tell me were out of network (with all insurances).I spoke with ****** (the one that I most often have asked why the coverage was so bad... the last time blaming it on NIU setting the rates of pay)... I spoke with her today and confronted her and she skirted the apparent (according to her) instructions on what to tell customers about accepting insurances and NOT TELLING THEM THEY ARE NOT IN NETWORK.I believe that I should be compensated for a good portion of the $800 or more I paid out of pocket... They should be forced to be upfront and not skirt the fact that they are NOT IN NETWORK.Thank you
