On September 8 I called All Pro to help with a Main Line Sewer Clog! They sent out a Plumber and a Plumber Intern to do the Job! The Intern Augured Out the Sewer Line! Upon Completion of the Job I was told I should be Good to Go! I paid the Bill of $712.50! Per the Attached Invoice All Pro had a 1 Year Labor Warranty on their Work! However, On September 18 I had another Sewer Line Clog, Apparently the Work they did on September 8 was NOT done Correctly! On September 19 the Plumber called Me prior to coming to My Home! I informed Him that I did NOT want to pay any additional money since the work had been done just 11 Days prior and that All Pro had a 1 Year Labor Warranty per the 1st Attached Invoice! On September 25 I received a bill in the Amount of $440 in Labor connected to the Work they did to fix the issue they DIDNT resolve the 1st time! The 2nd visit should have been covered by All Pro 1 Year Labor Warranty stated on the Original Invoice! Thank You!Business response

This first invoice has a labor warranty listed due to a fault from copying a HVAC install invoice and overwriting it for a plumbing job. This labor warranty only applies to our company "installing" something. We will warranty for 1 year labor due to a fault in an item that was purchased from us and installed by us as per state law. The second visit was found to have the city main clogged. The customer had already had a sewer camera fee removed from his bill and other items reduced on the bill, the camera was necessary to record and show that line was cleared as per our work scope. Additionally, the camera use proved during the second visit that it was not a fault of ours, but the city main. Old sewer lines are not warrantied in any way due to environmental influences that can continue to adversely effect the internal condition of the line such as tree-roots, settling, and other items that can cause clogs to happen within a year of our initial work. The only warranty we would put on a sewer line would be a whole new install done by us. This was a clerical error that can be explained further if needed. Also the bill's have been reduced already after initial contact with the customer and continued negative feedback has been received from customer in form of voicemails after already trying to work with them to keep them happy.
