On 12/31/2021 I went to Mavis Tire and Brake located in ************, ** to have my back brakes serviced. I asked for my calipers to be checked and was told that my rotors and pads were bad and needed to be replaced but my calipers were good. On 1/12/2022 I took my vehicle back to Mavis Tire and Brake located in ******************, ILdue to my brake light on. I was told that I was low on brake fluid and it was reset. I went back to Mavis Tire and Brakes today 1/16/2022 because the brake light was on and was told today that the caliper has a leak. When I brought it to them originally my brake light never came on my brakes were grinding and after they put new rotors and pads on my break light will start flashing, stay on and go off, then constantly stay on. I explained to the Assistabt Manager that something was wrong the 2nd time I took it and and was told it was low on fluid, they tightened my brake pedal, and reset the system. I am contacting you because I feel that if I was told on 2 separate ocassions my calipers were fine and now all of a sudden they have a leak I should be compensated for it.
