I signed up with Symetria recovery for treatment. At the time, they had a partnership with FinPay, which is where I signed up for a payment plan with for treatment. I paid a $400 deposit and then the payment plan was $107 for the next remaining 9 months. The treatment was not a good fit. I was there a few times and that was it. I was told I would be getting a refund. ****** continued to charge me each month and I did not get the deposit back. Symetria told me I had to go through Finpay to get a refund. Finpay was impossible to get a hold of. Now today I found out that Finpay no longer has a partnership with Symetria. I contacted Symetria and now they're telling me I have to get a hold of their billing department. But I cannot get a hold of anyone there. They are horrible to work with and no one ever calls back.Business response

I'm so sorry for this experience. You should have my direct number now in the billing department and I will stay in touch until your refund is resolved with FinPay. We don't use FinPay anymore, but I can confirm that the full refund including the $400 deposit will be returned to you from them with no further charges. I will personally stay on top of this matter.
