They repaired shower faucet but did not come back and finish the job. The knob on shower does not fit cartridge. Knob keeps spinning round and round. I called them and so far they have refused to come. They lied to me. Ogburn Plumbing told me they would return in a few days and it has been almost two weeks.

Original service call was to install owners stool scheduled 6/7/24
While on site homeowner asked my technician if he could repair old ***** shower faucet.
Technician made repairs and told homeowner that the faucet handle was slightly broke on the plastic insert on back.
Owner was good with it at the time and then the handle became loose over time.
**** called in early July and I told him we would get a new handle and install it.
This handle had to be ordered and was not in stock due to age of faucet.
On 7/19 new handle was installed for **** ******.Email attached as well:
