Living in this property has been very stressful for me. The property itself is not up to compliance with any of the city ordinances/regulations here in ********. Water damage has been a major problem on the property since I moved in. Every time Ive put in a maintenance call, theyve only come and patched things up. No proper inspections have been done throughout the property to check for wear and tear on pipes or proper insulation or even for mold. The hot water heaters constantly goes in an out causing flooding waters and the ac/heat doesnt work properly. If the ac is turned on it constantly leaks from the vents. The property also has constant water concerns which has lead to flooding and pipes bursting within the building. Mold problems have been an issue in this property, the ventilation systems within the apartments are very clogged and no they havent properly cleaned them. All the maintenance team does is replace the filters knowing the whole ventilation system needs work. This property needs a full on inspection within the property and as well as on the outside of the property. My apartment recently flooded due to negligence of the upkeep of the property itself.
