I had roof and gutter replaced with this company on August 7, 2021. They finished the work in a day. After the work was done, we noticed that at couple spots, gutters were overflowing. I notified them several times, texted them the videos of it during rain. They came three Months later and fixed it but same issue persists. Then the winter arrived. So this spring I notified them several times (specifically ****** he replied to me few weeks later after I made several attempts. He told me that hed tell his guys to stop by. No one stopped by for over a month. Then in May, 2022, I notified him again and he referred to me to the gutter guy. He came to Inspect and acknowledged the problem. He promised to fix it in a week. Today, more than three weeks out, I sent them several texts messages and call, no one has replied. I have the phone call records and all the texts messages thread to prove it. Gutters continue to overflow.
