We have been customers of Automatic Rain now for several years. As we do every year, they always do our sprinkler turn on in spring and sprinkler back flow winterizing done in fall. This year it was not drained properly for winterizing. Upon arrival of doing the sprinkler turn on, the tech saw that the pipe was bulging and burst. We had to call a plumber, he confirmed that the back flow valve to sprinkler system was NOT drained fully as there was still water in it that caused the water to freeze inside and burst the pipe. I called automatic rain immediately and the woman said she would have a manager call me right away. That was 4/25/23. Its been one week. No call returned. I called at least 20 times and only spoke to the same woman twice. Both times saying a manager would call me. Its been one week and NOTHING. Now they dont even answer the phone. I just want them to do whats right by their customer and pay for the damages done due to their mistake. I also emailed them a picture of the pipe and the bill. I think its very rude to not even give ** a call after causing damage. Please advise. Im about to look into calling a lawyer to get this resolved. Also, I believe their new address is in **************, ** not ****** springs. Their business phone number is ************. Thank you for your help.
