I rented this hotel for past 3-4 days and on August 23rd reserved the room online again and when I went to pay for room and such the lady at front desk said they couldn't rent to me again due to the room being atrocious. I told her that there was just crumbs on the floor as I have children one who is one years old. ************ was done on August 22nd the day before. The lady at front desk asked if she could see room and I said yes. She came only observed room from doorway and said no I'm sorry we can't rent to you. The beds weren't made and there was crumbs on floor. There was carpeting in hotel. No way for me to clean up crumbs properly from my child running around eating crackers and stuff. My things were organized. There was bags and soda bottles on table In room. They took my security deposit which one day they rented to me with out one and the next they needed one. I would like my security deposit back.Business response

We are sorry for the trouble that guest has to suffer but the guest had made such a mess to the room that's why the front desk lady has to say no to the guest for check in

The room was dirty when I checked in and there was holes on the wall, no working electrical outlets, we found a bottle of volka underneath the bed, bugs on the window sill, there was mold on the carpet, and would not do anything about it but charge me for something that was already destoyed. Talked to manager and would not refund the money that he took from my family. Also I need an apology from them because he was very rude to me.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: I did not sign the paperwork. I recorded some of the phone call of the manager being very rude. Animals did not have any pests on them. The bugs were on the window sill.
