The company was professional from start to finish. They were understanding to my needs and making an appointment was very easy. They were very thorough with follow up and my technician, ***, did a wonderful job repairing my refrigerator.

**** was amazing. Although the warranty company sent over the wrong parts, he was super helpful in making sure to get the correct parts ordered and getting my mother in law rescheduled as soon as he could. Thank you so much!AAA Appliance Service Center Response

The technician **** was very personable and dedicated to doing his best work for me. Due to circumstances beyond his control, he had to return at a later date with another tech, ***, to finish the job on my double oven. Both were professional and took the time needed to do so. They were prompt, called before arrival because I don't live at the address; it is a rental. Had the issue fixed in 5 minutes and it took longer to do the paperwork. Courteous technician. I highly recommend.AAA Appliance Service Center Response

AAA was very pleasant to work with. *** came out and examined our dishwasher said parts had to be ordered. The next time *** came out he was just as pleasant. Thank you for the excellent advice and knowledge of our salesperson ***. My ** refrigerator is in place. It came with a dent on the refrigerator door but when we called Grand Appliance they immediately set me up with AAA Appliance for a replacement door and within a couple of weeks the new door was installed.
