I ordered some vitamins on July 6 on line. I called on July 11th and the ordered had no be processed. I requested they cancel the order. They would not do so, stating I signed up for subscription. I know that, but I have three business days to cancel. First e-mail sent after my call stated they would refund entire order, cancel subscription and I could keep the products in good faith once I receive them. I waited a few days and nothing was done, I e-mailed them again and they now declined the first e-mailBusiness response

Customer Recurring Cancellation was not correctly completed by customer serice rep. ** was cancelled incorrectly. Senior team member has now replied via email to to *************** email enquiry on 28th July. (SI)
