I ordered 4 plants on behalf of my mother. The plants were delivered with as promised, however upon delivered one plant was withered and had died. I attempted to email GrowJoy twice, once being on their contact page and left 2 phone messages in attempt to see about a resolution. This company will not answer the phone anytime I tried to call which is around 6 times during the course of after placing an order to present. This company has not called or emailed back a response.Initial Complaint

Grow Joy doesnt respond to emails. I sent a picture to their customer service about a damaged begonia immediately after receiving the plant. I asked for my money back or a replacement plant and they kept telling me I have to wait 3 to 5 days well its been a few weeks and Id like to resolve this immediately. I also ordered roses and I dont know when theyre supposed to come in **** and when I ask, no one responds. Theyre very hard to do get answers from and their satisfaction guarantee is meaningless unless they respond and do what they say theyre going to do.Business response

I placed an order on January 21, 2023. I need to modify or cancel my order but there has been no response to my inquiry by email and there is no other method of contact for customer service. At this point I would like to cancel my order and receive a refund.Business response

On June 1, 2022, I contacted Growjoy via their website and created a ticket (#*************) to request a refund for a gift certificate I have been unable to use. I followed-up for a response on June 4, 21, 27, then on July 2 a new ticket was issued (#*************) and, once again, was told to wait 3-5 days for a response. Today is September 14. Poor business ethics. I purchased a plant and a $25 Gift Certificate in 2021 to buy a plant in 2022 because it was no longer available (was my last order with Growjoy). Strangely, the details of that order do not appear in my account. Unfortunately, the plant was neither available in 2022. I checked for alternatives but they were either out of stock or unavailable to ship to *******. There is a suggestion to call on Saturdays by 9am for availability but no ****# is provided.Please refund the $25 Gift card promptly. Contact me to provide a new credit card since the former may have been closed. *****************************Business response

I ordered a plant from them called Hardy Hibiscus ****** Punch. They sent the wrong plant. It isnt even a Hibiscus. They wont respond to me when I fill out their form. I cant find a telephone number for them that even works. My order number is ******. I just want them to send me what I ordered or refund my money. It feels like they are a scam site.Business response

I bought $60 worth of sunflowers from this company that immediately died. I filed a ticket and showed pictures. I followed all the directions I am still, three months later, trying to get my money back. This company does not have a phone number or email that functions properly. Ive since read their reviews. It seems many people are fighting with them.Business response

I received 2 dead plants from my order. I took pictures and sent an email to the company. They replied back stating they created ticket#OIOQ100014276. They said they would reply in 3 to 5 days. As of today, July 18, I have not received a reply back. I sent another email stating they hadn't replied back and I was discouraged and upset. I'd like the plants replaced. If they're not willing to do that refund me. Please help!Business response

I preordered plants from GrowJoy's website on 3/24/22. On the order confirmation it stated that plants would ship during the week of June 12th (which I thought was a little late in the season to plant but I thought it was doable). It is now June 22nd and I still have not received my order. I contacted GrowJoy via email and they sent an automated response back saying that they would respond between 3-5 days. It is now too late in the season to plant anything and I stated in my email that I want a full refund. Today, my husband contacted them via a phone call and the person he spoke with said she was going to check to see if our order was already loaded in a truck and call me back with the information. My husband stated that we no longer want the plants and that we want a refund. The lady from GrowJoy said she still wanted to check the status of our order and that she would call us back. My husband called them @12:00pm and it is now @6:30pm and we still have not heard back from them. GrowJoy already charged our credit card for the full amount of $1,454.01. I still have not received any plants, it is too hot in the season to plant and I am worried about if the plants will even survive the trip from Indiana to ******** in the summer heat. My order number from GrowJoy is ******. Below is the email message I sent GrowJoy on 6/19/22:Ticket message:I have not yet received my order and it is already mid-June. I ordered some plants from GrowJoy in Indiana for Spring delivery. I have not received any part of my orders. It is now 100 degrees in central Illinois and way to hot to ship plants. I sent GrowJoy an email (they don't have a phone) last week, No reply. I want a refund for orders # ******, ******, and ******. Can you help? I cannot contact them and I don't want them to ship these orders.Business response

***** is waiting on her perennial plants, which ship later than our other varieties. This is noted on each plant page as well as on their orders. I have contacted her and clarified this. ***
