***** absolutely blindsided me, leaving me without movers two days before my move, on the last day of my rent. Signed a contract, asked multiple times if it was confirmed, even emailed, and was told I had to confirm "one last time." Zero follow-up from the guy. I have literally never had such a terrible experience with a company. These guys are not professional. I still have no idea what I am going to do now that I have to move in two days. I guess I'll be carrying boxes and furniture myself somehow. Thanks for making what was supposed to be a simple and easy move into h*** for me.

Movers caused a lot of damage in my apartment building hallways moving out my couch. Tried to call the Two Men and a ***** office supervisor; got the run around-no answer, wouldnt return calls/texts, and wouldnt pay for the damages. Had to pay $800 out of pocket to get it fixed plus $300 more than quoted which included the time it took them to make all the damage.Two Men and a Truck Bloomington Indiana Response

We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. This move was completed over a year ago in May 2023. However, we believe the issue has already been resolved. After investigating the damage claims, we reached a settlement agreement with the apartment complex owner in May 2023. The agreed-upon amount was $400, which was paid in June 2023.We understand ************** may still have concerns, but we suggest addressing any disputed amounts directly with the apartment complex, as they were a party to the settlement. We have fulfilled our obligations and are confident that the matter was handled fairly.Thank you for your understanding.Review from Ellen L

I am very disappointed with the service I received from Two Men and a Truck. I used this moving company since my father was satisfied with a local move which he had used this company for. They were supposed to move my furniture and 19 boxes across a few states using the Value Flex moving option. Over half of my furniture was damaged, and some was damaged beyond repair. One of the legs of my wooden dining table was completely broken off. My TV stand was broken in half. Large pieces of my chest of drawers were torn off. They reimbursed me for the furniture that was damaged, but they didnt reimburse me for any of the boxes that were damaged (they said that they couldnt reimburse for any boxes that they did not personally pack, as though they would have carefully packed them!) nor did they provide compensation for rebuilding the furniture. I had marked some of these boxes with a fragile sticker, yet the movers didnt take special care when moving these boxes. All of the boxes that I packed were well padded with bubble wrap. There is no reason my boxes should have had enormous holes ripped into them or cracks straight through the center of the boxes. When I had paid Two Men and a Truck several thousand dollars to move my belongings across the country, I expected them to not be destroyed. This is unacceptable. DO NOT USE Two Men and a Truck for long distance moving.
