      If i could give them zero stars I would. Countless problems with their service ***** My truck has been there for 2 weeks and hasnt moved. I had a scheduled appointment just to have it sit in the lot for 2 weeks and not be fixed. This dealership is horrible. Used to be a good place honestly until they got bought out........

      Beware of purchasing an extended warranty and do not trust that you are being given the correct information. I'm not sure if people in the finance department are receiving kickbacks for upselling warranties but I imagine so if you have to lie to the customer to get them to purchase only to do nothing to rectify the situation once it was brought to light. I was sold an extended warranty and was told that it would take effect immediately following the factory warranty when in fact, it took effect the day I purchased the truck. Leaving me with the impression that I purchased coverage with ****** more miles than I actually have. The one star is not singularly due to the issue itself, it's also because they were not willing to do what was necessary to rectify the issue. The ************ I were given was to cancel my current coverage and start a new one that would cost me more money while not costing them a dime for their mistake. The best he could do was to sell me new coverage "at cost" meaning they wouldn't make any money but surely not willing to pay for their mistakes either. The dealership should have definitely taking the hit on this one to fix the issue. This is why it's so hard to trust dealerships as it is because they take advantage of your lack of knowledge and there is no recourse or repercussions. This is not a small mistake and their lack of action to fix this at their expense is unacceptable and says a lot about their staff members character and customer care. Speaking as a business owner myself, sometimes you have to take a loss to make things right. I guess some get to big to care. Once they got what they wanted, it's sorry for ya! SMH

      Terrible customer service. It charged dramatically over the years.There is no point to make an appointment for service ,you won't hear for hours from them. They won't return phone calls. They have total disregard for customers time. Practically holding you and your car as hostages. We have issues with them last year and were assured by manager that it would not happen again and they would use it as learning experience. The big lie. Former customer for many years. Never again.

      It is impossible to get ahold of anyone at this dealership. I have had no updates about my car that went in for service the first week of April. I have called multiple times on multiple days of the week every week since my car was dropped off. No one answers the phone and no one returns voicemails. Its been 8 weeks and I cant get ahold of anyone. I know theres a parts shortage and Im not upset with how long the service is taking. I dont mind if it has to be there another month or two but to not answer the phone or return voicemails just looking for an update is so unprofessional. Next time Ill go to a smaller repair shop rather than a dealership. This is the worst service Ive ever experienced with a dealership. Go to ***************** in *********** if you really want to take your car to a **** Dealership.

      This is the absolute worse service I have ever had. This is my second review with multiple complaints. My father took his truck in months ago for service. We waited a very long time with no updates & finally when we received updates it took weeks almost a month or more to get the call the truck was ready for pick up. My father went to pick up the truck & the truck wouldn't even start so AGAIN the truck was ready to go home. The truck sit even longer waiting to be serviced which was a red flag considering the circumstances. So after calling for multiple updates & getting nowhere they send my dad a bill that other thing were wrong with the vehicle. He went ahead & approved the work. Waited and waited and waited on the truck to be complete. My father picks up his truck on a Saturday drove it not even 24 miles & by Sunday night the truck smelled like antifreeze was putting out white smoke. He drives the truck the next morning to work in whites ********* barely made it. After work he goes to leave in the truck and drop it back off at the dealer and the truck won't even start. So ******************************* towed the truck from his work to the dealer where it sat again for *********** we're being told the off market alarm is making the vehicle not run but the alarm was NEVER the issue taking it to Bill Estes to begin with. So now it is up to us to figure it out after almost $20,000 in repairs and my father still has no running vehicle. This is the shadiest dealership I have EVER worked with. Legal action should & will be taken if this issue is not resolved. We have been more than patient. ***** the advisor has tried everything he can for us I feel like and I do not want to pin blame on *****. I actually feel bad that ***** has to relay all the s***** information to the customers because the place of business is not up to par.

      First off let me just say do not attempt to go here for service. Have tried multiple time to call. Also left voice-mails and no calls back. I got a recall for shifter linkage bushing and they told me it was already done clearly lying to my face. Tell me how safe it is when I can literally rock the steering wheel back and forth and side to side almost a inch only put 4k miles on the car since I bought it. I went up there and spoke to the general manager of service department and he just made excuses left and right. Told me they were gonna get me a rental car that didnt happen. It's just a joke. I'd rather pay out of pocket and take my car to ********** muffler who I always had a great experience and the problems were actually fixed. This car is a lemon and they just need to buy it out from me. Nothing but issues from day I bought it.

      Attempt to follow up. No I didn't yell at them, they are total liars. If you think I'm gonna send my car to a place who's dishonest and not respectful, your right I'm not. They lied to me about recalls saying there already done which is funny because I have the paperwork at home. Secondly the car fax they provided on vehicle was incorrect there are 25 vehicle serviced. So how about you get your staff together and quit making excuses. Btw this car has been nothing but issues. They honestly need to make it right but I don't trust a word they say. They offered me free tank of gas and detailing like what is that gonna make uo for all the issues with the car. Since I bought 9 months ago. Honestly more than likely gonna get a attorney involved.

      After buying about 30 vehicles over the course of my life, I can easily say this is the WORST experience I've had. TLDR: This dealer is a joke, and don't give a **** about their customers.Where it all started. Looking at a 45k sports car on 12 year old tires which are totally unsafe they absolutely refused to put tires on it. Then being the type of car, I asked for a compression test to verify engine health and they said $3-500 for what would be an hour job for anyone competent. I told them it was way too much and the salesman's response was "It's a couple hundred dollars either way. If that makes or breaks the deal, I recommend a **** Focus." I'm sorry..... I don't get to where I can buy a dream car of mine by letting shady dealers rob me blind.I should have walked away then and there, but after looking for months, that was the car I wanted. So we move on after I got the sales manager to comp the test over the jerk salesman. Then in the finance process, we found someone to make the loan and they wanted 40% down becasue we have a fairly new business. I eventually said okay lets do it. Now the bank doesn't want to play ball (so they say, though in my time selling in dealerships I've NEVER had a bank rescind an offer like that.) I asked them if it was the fault of the bank or the dealer so I knew who to leave a review for....suddenly they found another bank.So deal finally goes through, I'm in a different state so I get the car shipped and there's about a 3 inch chip/paint scrape in the front bumper that was undisclosed even after I specifically asked for pictures of any imperfections (which I found others that wouldn't have come from transport) but I let it go because I knew they wouldn't stand behind anything. First couple times I drove it I backed it out of the garage and it would make a popping noise. So I had it looked at when I got new tires put on it, keep in mind I had put less than 100 miles on it in 3 weeks because of weather and the tires and was told
