It's their terms only, life can't have problems if you have a loan through them. They will not work with you when hardships happen because they helped when they gave the loan and charge double the actual coast of the vehicle. Yes I did agree to loan terms but I don't think it is okay to treat their consumers like c*** because they need to make a late payment. It also is not okay that they send messages saying your ignoring them when in fact you have proof that you haven't. Worst loan company to go through ever, I wish I would have known there are other more professional and reasonable companies that work with less than perfect credit.Review from James G

Byrider staff was great, car.....typical for a buy here pay here.CNAC though..... straight up harassment. Never been late. Not once. I get calls and texts that are "reminders" way too often and the people that call are unprofessional. I will never pay my payment over the phone to a random number from kalamazoo. I mad my purchase in ft *****. I'll deal with them. Everyone that calls from ******** is rude and unprofessional. Zero stars. Do not recommend. **** harasses customers that are in good standing. Can't imagine what they're like if you're actually late or total the over priced vehicles.Review from Dane L

The car sold to me did not have an inspection done before being sold. It was missing bolts out of the drive shaft causing that to fall while driving. Could have been fatal, the transmission needed replaced within the first year. And now after the vehicle got repossessed, I made the payments for reinstatement and redemption and entered into a verbal contract with CNAC to get the vehicle back within 5-7 days of making the payments. Its now been 8 days, and they have just sent me a power of attorney to sign and stated it will be more days before they release the vehicle. They have broken a contract, illegally sold a vehicle with missing safety equipment, and are now holding the vehicle and not letting me retrieve it even though all payments have been made. CNAC is extremely rude, unprofessional and lies all the time. Illegal car sale, safety equipment not working, and when you call to submit a complaint (the phone line drops) (they hang up on you). I want my money or my vehicle back as the money paid was to retrieve the vehicle within 5-7 days as stated by CNAC, and now they broke that contract. I would like to put no stars because they continue to call me and my husband for someone's loan that is not even us. We have told CNAC that they have the wrong number and to take our number out of their system and they have not. One gentleman actually told me to block their calls if I didn't want to get them anymore, I told him I shouldn't have to block any call and take my number out if their system. It's a different person each time that calls. We told them we will make a complaint with the **** they don't care. CNAC and Byrider are pieces of c*** companies run by crooks.Review from Athena C

CNAC has the worst customer service in the world. They will take your payment and then return it without saying a word until you're past due and begin to harass you. They don't listen to a single word you say, don't care that you have transaction history or email confirmation from them and just hang up when you get frustrated because they repeat the same thing over and over when it's not explaining why the payment pends and then returns without a word from them. I have called and asked for my pay off balance more than once and they always say someone will be in touch and never are. Let it be the day of that your payment is due though and they sure know how to contact you. Awful company.Review from Emalcolm56

The process of buying the car at by rider was easy but cnac themselves not so much. Even if you are a day late, they will harass you until you Pay. They also don't care your situation either so be careful.Review from Katlyn H

Well if you want to know the extent of issues look at the other review. ****** and **** are some of the most disrespectful, unprofessional, illiterate people I have EVER worked with. All they care about it sucking up as much money as possible. They sell awful lemon cars with blown head gaskets and other major issues. Then they make you pay $30,000 for that lemon due to extreme interests rates. THEN once it's almost paid off they try to repo it so they can flip it on some other poor person and double their profit. Honestly dont know how this place is still open and how ****** and **** sleep at night.Review from Kenneth A.

Only worried about payments.Had trouble with car from start. Stopped on me 5 or 6 times they should have faced the fact that there was a problem with it instead of ignoring me. The right thing to do would have been to give me another vehicle of equal value and have me continue making my payments.would give less than that star if possible.Review from Amy R

Almost had my car paid off when it was repoed. They refused to work out payment plan abs in order to get my vehicle back had to pay remaining balance plus the fees for repo etc and I did not have **** to give them. They sold my vehicle then sued me for **** ! I owed **** , so apparently they paid someone to take my car then?! Needless to say I have a judgement against me now and am unable to get a car loan
