In August of 2021 I bought clothing from this website. I ordered 10 items over a span of three transactions when they were having there summer launch of clothing. However after a month I only received 3 items. Over the course of months we sent emails back and fourth they told me my things were ready to be shipped then the next email would tell me that they were having trouble sourcing things and that my things werent actually printed yet. I contacted the owner of the business on ******* who finally told me after telling me multiple times that my things would be done and shipped in a week, that he would just sent me a gift card along with the 6 items I still had yet to receive. I would only contact him when his support team stopped responding at all. After the promise of a gift card was made along with the rest if the stuff I was missing. I was ghosted and havent heard from them for a month give or take. This have been going on for over a year now. I am missing over 200$ worth of clothing from them. An would just like what I was promised. I do have all the emails and messages from the owner as well.Initial Complaint

I have shopped at this business once before, and received my order in about a month and a half. Since the clothing is hand made, I thought this was a reasonable timeline. I placed another order 08/03/21, right when supplier shortages were ravaging small businesses. At first, nothing seemed amiss, since I knew it had taken about 7 weeks to get my order the first time. However, on 9/11, I received an email explaining all items were currently in production, but that the turnaround is usually about 2 months, so customers needed to be patient. I heard nothing else until 10/25, when I received a lengthy email responding to criticism of the brand. I guess other people had been skeptical and uneasy hearing nothing, and there were a few people calling it a scam. Included in that email was a list of garments and their status (done printing friday, shipping wednesday, etc.) but neither of the garments I had ordered were on that list. At the end of that email the owner, *****, said he would write another email that Thursday discussing all other garments and their timelines. That email was never sent. I reached out 11/19 inquiring about the status of my order, and was told the materials hadn't arrived for the hat, but the shirt was in production. That same week, the store had a new drop and sold new clothes. I didn't hear anything until 01/11, in which ***** said he hoped everything shipped by the end of the month. The clothes launched in November were also finished production and would be shipping that same time. I haven't heard anything else from ***** or gotten any other status updates sent by HEATDEATH. On 04/21 I reached out to see if there were any updates or an expected timeline. I was told all of the blank garments had been received, and that at latest they should be shipped by the end of May. On April 25th, they told me the hats had been shipped and would be done in the next two weeks. That's the last I've heard from them. All emails are attached.
