We have patiently kindly waited and waited until the 6-9 week **** as they requested. As it went past the 9 week **** the owner tells us its shipping this week and that wed receive the tracking number this week. Its now the end of the week and they havent sent or updated anything. Lying again, which is strange considering it is company modeled after God. Why not be transparent with your customers? The website says items are available instantly which is another lie its all PRE ORDER. Doesnt even state that anywhere on the website. So they take the money and get paid before hand with no guarantee of you actually receiving your order for a disclosed amount of time. Its so simple to just be able to be honest and open about order times or when theyll actually send you your tracking number. The fact that the item ordered is an older item which came out before their latest new drop of a different colorway of the same exact product but theyre more worried about getting orders out to newer orders, even if you placed your order first way back in August exactly 2 and half months ago. Let that sink in. Wanted to be supportive of them, but they arent transparent and truthful which is horrible business conduct, are you more worried about your image than actual REAL customer service? Why not tell your customers the ***** the REAL ***** and not some filler of an excuse. Loyal customers will order from you still if you just TELL the *****. Just want our tracking number along with order place 3 months ago to ship and not be deprioritized due to them neglecting customer concerns. We have all the emails and timelines of rah time they told us a lie for an update, so will post them if we have to. Dont be another one of those scamming instagram brands, its not a good lookInitial Complaint

I ordered product from them on August 18, 2024 for the price of $68.07. I chose express shipping which takes 2 days and my product still hasnt shipped at least. I emailed customer service stating this. They told me that this order was for pre order and will take up to 6- 9 weeks when they didnt state that on the website or didnt state that when I was ordering. I asked for a refund then they sent me the refund policy ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES ARE PERMITTED. This is unfair to customers because if I wouldve known before hand that it takes this long I wouldnt have ordered it. The website also states that the product is available which I have screen shots of.
