On July 19th Wednesday I spoke with the school about my youngest signing up for swim lessons. The lady that did the paperwork stated that she wouldnt begin classes until 8/2 (1st Wednesday of August). Needless to say, I ended up calling and cancelling her attending the classes due to her not feeling comfortable in the water. I asked if I could get refunded due to her never touching the water once. I was told that this would have to process through a manager, understandably. Then I checked my bank account, they had charged me a total of over $300, including being charged for the month of July (I was told she would begin 8/2) I went into the business on 8/2, spoke with the staff member he stated that they would process the refund for both months but it would take 5-7 business days but I would still pay the registration/member fee. I agreed that this was fair. On 8/10 I contacted the school because the refund hadnt processed. They called me back and said it would be a few more days. On 8/17 I contacted the school because the refund hadnt processed. They stated that they couldnt provide an update because they needed to speaking with accounting. I requested for a call back. On 8/18 one of the managers ***** called to tell me that it was being processed. I requested a call back with the date that the refund would be dispersed. No call back. I am exhausted with this whole process. I have pulled both of my children from attendance but this whole situation is unfortunate. I am an only parent and needed these funds for back to school supplies.Customer response

To whom it may concern,
After filing the complaint, and notifying the business. The manager reached out to me, there had been an error with filing the refund which is what caused the delay in refunding the amount. The manager was very gracious and kind, she understood the severity and acted appropriately.
This issue has been resolved and I am optimistic that it will not be a concern for other customers in the future.
