      I had a walmart plus account under ******************* i made around 3-4 orders and on the last 2 orders i recieved i did not get some of the things that they charged me for. I even got a handwritten note from someone either from the store or the driver that delievered it. The first order was only for $8.00 so i decided to just let it go at first. But then on my last order i was missing several items that equaled to around $27 and the $8.00 previously so a total of $35. When i finally decided to try and talk to customer care about this problem she refused to hear my situation and insisted on transfering me to another ***** Said it would be a half hour wait. I told her that Im a busy person and can not sit and wait for that long and shouldnt have to when it wasnt my mistake so just forget it. So after that conversation i recieved an email stating that my account was deactivated and i could no longer use the delievery service and could not log in to my account online even to use the services on the app for in store. I spoke to some of my friends at work and apparently walmart must have a real issue with not wanting to make right on their mistakes and would just rather block everyones account that tries to get a correction of their mistakes. I am very upset with this matter and honestly feel like i have been a loyal customer for years and dont deserve to be treated this way. Walmart is very wrong for how they are handling customer relations. The service team is rude and do not even try to help just automatically block the account so they dont have to deal with the customer.

      I had placed a delivery order with walmart delivery using their website. My account was under the email: ****************** The purchase was around the 16th or 17th of April. I purchased non food items and food items. I did not receive my whole order I only got the non food items. I tried to contact customer service 5 times. No body would help me. Finally "account review team " spoke with me and was very rude did not offer a refund for missing items which is about 40 dollars. Instead she closed my walmart account and some how had my email closed too. Just because I told her I would contact bbb. I am so frustrated with how I was treated it is so uncalled for. They took my money that I don't have to spare and refused to give the items for it. I want a full refund. I can't even get my order number or anything cause she closed my account but the order was placed under the email ****************** which they also managed to get closed. This isn't fair at all!
