Purchased a dog with several health issues when his paper work states otherwise. He has had multiple incidents that indicate a seizure has happened. Two separate vets have said the puppy is suffering from some unknown disease/complication. We are seeking a refund and vet fee reimbursement.Business response

This is in response to the complaint filed by ********************* on behalf of *****************************.
On March 25, 2022, **************** purchased a Cavalier *********************** Spaniel puppy assigned microchip *************** from PupsLuv. *************** received the puppy on April 30, 2022. At the time of purchase, *************** was provided the PupsLuv ***************** Policy and the 10 ************** Program, which state that Solutions.Pet and PupsLuv must receiveveterinarian certified documentation, and the puppy must be seen within three days of taking physical possession.
On May 12, 2022, ********************* and **************** contacted Solutions.Pet stating the puppy was diagnosed with Liver Failure, and they were looking to return the puppy. It was explained in detail that they would need to send the veterinarian documentation before a resolution can be offered per the warranty. Solutions.Pet contacted the veterinarian's office and was informed there was no official diagnosis yet as more testing was needed. On May 12,2022, Solutions.Pet called and emailed **************** requesting that they complete the rest of the puppy's testing so a diagnosis can be found and a resolution can be reached.
