      We purchased an ** French Door Refrigerator model LRFXS2503S on 3/1/2024. This refrigerator was not in stock. However, after looking online they told us it would be in within 2 weeks and set our delivery date for 3/14/24. After the delivery guys had it set up on our kitchen my husband noticed a small ding on the top of the door (the ice/water door). Since the refrigerator is stainless steel the ding is noticeable but probably only 1/4" diameter. The delivery person in charge took several pics of the ding in the door. He told me he would tell *** at the store. The next morning I called and spoke to ***. He told me they had ordered a new door. I asked how long before it would be in. Hi replied "no Idea" our service **** will call you when it arrives. I called to inquire about the door again on 4/11/24 and 4/26/24. I was told no Idea when it will be in. I then found an online contact and emailed **** at Craigville on 6/24/24. No Reply. I feel after 3 months I'm they are just blowing me off. They can look online and get an exact delivery date for a refrigerator they order but they can't get a date for a refrigerator door they claim they ordered? At this point I would just like for this issue to be resolved with the new door or an adjustment of $250 refund to us.

      Thank you for sending me the complaint.  Unfortunately factory doors are hard to get.  They only make enough for what the build.  I can probably get one off of a unit at the store faster.  Let me see if we have that model in stock to help speed up the process.  If we can produce a door quickly, we can move for an adjustment for damage.

      We switched the door out yesterday.  They had to drop off a ice bucket for the unit today and this should be resolved.

      We got a hold of the customer we are going to take a door off of a stock model to speed up the process.
