I took my Expedition in to because the front blower motor was not working.I thought it should be under warranty. They said it was not. I paid over $180 to have it repaired. They said it was just a loose connection. I picked up the truck and the next day I had the same issue and more. Now my auto start wouldn't work either. I talked to the guy in service and expressed my frustration. I took it back in for them because he said he understood my frustration and would get it taken care of.They found that the cable wasn't loose but burnt up. The service manager said that this still wasn't covered under warranty but wasn't going to charge me for diagnostic or labor. They couldn't find anything wrong with the auto start now. When I went to pick my truck up again the guy asked for my card and said he would be back. He then called me to go upfront with him because he put money onto my card instead of charging me. He then asked to run double the amount I told him no. He got a sales manager involved who was also incompetent and said he had nothing to do with service. I then pointed out the discrepancy on the invoice. Said I would pay the 220 to cancel the ********************************************************************* and we could work it out. The 220 that I was supposedly credited has not hit my account. So they charged me over $180 for absolutely nothing only to charge me over $220 two days later.They lied about the money being deposited. They have incompetent service techs. Neither the service or sales manager have any sort of problem resolution skills. The warranty I purchased isn't what they promised. They may be running a racket to keep service coming in and charging consumers for services never rendered. That's what they did to me.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
I paid $182 the first time I should be credited for. I paid for my vehicle to be fixed and it wasn't. There were no parts involved. It was all for poor performance.I had to make arrangements and waste valuable time that I could have been paid for due to their negligence.
