  On June 5,2023 I spoke with Brownies Marine about boat problem with motor. They refused to service advising they only service now what they sell. I had boat serviced there last season and now denied service. I took my boat problem to another Tracker dealer ******'s ***********,*** they charged me $310.00 to ************ that was last serviced and engine compartment opened by BROWNIES Marine. There was a missing part and other issues that Brownies failed to connect back up properly resulting in ******'s labor and part to make successful repairs. Brownies is a Tracker dealer and per warranty execution is suppose to service all Tracker boats regardless of where purchased. There personnel there have been extremely rude calling me names "deadbeat" very poor customer experience.

  This is ******* at Brownies Marine. I spoke to the customer on the phone and I never told him we wouldn't service it. I said that at this time because we are backed up I have to get done the customers that purchased from us first. He at that point lost it and started going off and wouldn't let me speak and told me that we lost a sale and that he was calling tracker and BBB. Look we have 3 service guys that are working their butts off and we have 30 boats sitting out here of customers that purchased from us and it is only right as they spent a lot of money with us to service them first. No-one called him a deadbeat that is a lie. He started throwing around he is retired military we have to service him and my salesman said *****'m retired military also but I don't expect service based on that. Since them he has harassed us by getting on our ******** to comment on every post that is made. he calls a couple times a week just to go off on us. Nothing was done wrong I never said once we wouldn't service it but I don't have to do it before my customers that spent a lot of money with us.
