Be careful here! Went to look at possibly purchasing my 4th car from this dealership. After looking at their inventory and telling them my budget, I left and said I would be back in the morning. Five minutes after I left, the finance manager ******* **** tried to call my ex-wife to tell her. I called him to ask why and he hung up the phone. This is very unprofessional and a privacy violation. There is no reason why any dealership should be discussing any financial information with someones ex-wife. I tried to call and emailed the owner ****** the next day and asked for a return call.. nothing. Like I said, be careful.

This dealership sold me a Lemon car,Never worked since day one is been almost 4 months and Im here paying for a car i dont have.

We purchased a 2016 Maserati Ghibli and part of the deal was to have a wiper replaced, visor replaced and an engine light taken care of. I was assured that they would and that they have a certified Maserati mechanic, which I searched and they do not. When they said the car was ready, they had not replaced the wiper or the visor which fell back down as soon as I left the lot. The engine light we would find out was just cleared and nothing fixed. In a week the engine light came back on. We took it back in and then they said they knew what it was and fixed it also the visor. The visor was an **** purchase and dyed black and it didnt match. The wiper again was not replaced. And in a week the engine light came back on. I took it back, the visor was finally right and they said they needed to change the mass air flow sensor. A two weeks later the engine light came back on but they couldnt find out was was wrong that they drove it with the device on it, then even the owner got in and drove it, well I wrote down the miles and they drove it 2 miles, when you say 30 minute drive thats more than 2 miles another lie. They said on a forum they found out that you have to reset the engine light a couple times before it finally stays off!! I contacted the Maserati dealer and explained all of this and hey laughed and told me there were only 2 certified Maserati mechanics in ******* and both worked there. So here we are the light is back on and we are basically being told we are on our own and that you purchased a warranty to drop it off at the Maserati dealership. So they did not honor the original deal even though they did change a couple things they could never figure out the problem and now wash their hands of us. I would never recommend a company that doesnt honor a deal and lie about their service department along with trying to pass off butchered work.
