Beware of Prime Car Wash!!!! I went to the ***** ******* Location, November 14th. This was my first time using this company. As I pulled in, I was offered one price, $60. I was told that it was good for 30 days and I could come as many times as I want in that time period. They did a terrible job for that amount of money BTW. I ended up going back on November 20th to have it redone. They seemed to have an issue with my return, stating that they could not find any information in the system, and that I needed a barcode on the door to use the rest of the month. I give them my information and they gave me a barcode. I specifically asked him if this is signing me up for a membership, because I DO NOT want a membership. He stated NO. That it would allow me to finish out the 30 days. I have not returned since. I was then charged $69 this morning!! I was completely surprised to see the charge and immediately called the **** location and spoke to *****. He put me on hold for 15 minutes and came back to tell me that I would not be able to have my money refunded, but that he would cancel my membership now. I asked him if he was the manager and he stated no. I asked to speak to someone higher up. He told me his manager "just stepped into a meeting", just after telling me that he got his reply to me, directly from his manager. He would not give me any corporate information. I had to call another store to speak to someone for corporate information. Come to find out ***** couldn't cancel my membership after all. I have to come into the store or do it online myself (which I immediately did). Leading me to believe that he was going to charge my card again! I feel scammed and robbed. I will never use prime car wash again!

I had started working for the **** location from mid-August to early-March. I was fired after attempting to put my two weeks in. Being respectful about it, I was told I was fired on the spot. The general managers name of this location that fired me, without any added details, was *************************. Not to mention the shift leader they just promoted, Syah *******, is a horrible manager. Never did anything for her employees and when asked for assistance, we never got it. Spent most of her time, in the office filming tik toks, then caring for her team. I tried contacting corporate about my experience being an employee with their company, but never could find anything on how to do it, so I came here.
