The item was bought April 14,2021 at a cost of $381.80. The business has a lifetime warranty repair/ replace on the product . Upon returning the defective product I was informed it would be replaced. Afterwards I was notified it was not in stock. I then phoned the company and told I could buy a more expensive product or continue to wait indefinitely.I informed the costumer support individual that I would simply like to be refunded so I could purchase a different product. I am at no fault the product was defective. I informed the individual l am not in a position to wait. This request is standard business practice and was denied with no consideration for me as the consumer. I conveyed to the company representative the urgency of the situation and was ignored. The product in question arrived in stock on March 7, 2022. The replacement shipped March 8, 2022. Mr ******* return was received on February 14, 2022. While we do not like our customers to wait for product, we have experienced delays due to supply chain issues. We apologize for Mr ******* disappointment in our customer service.Customer response
