We pre-paid for lawn care services last November, 2021, both for our lawn and the lawn of our disabled son. We've done this in the past and it always worked out. This year it didn't. We scheduled for 4 treatments, for early spring, spring, early summer and fall, for each house. The first treatment didn't happen until June 7, which even with a later spring, was still later than all our neighbors. By late July we still were waiting for a 2nd treatment while all the neighbors had already gotten theirs. I was told by the All Green's representative that they had hired a new person, since the other one had unexpectedly quit, and the new person was proving unreliable. I was actually advised to seek out a different company, and get a refund from All Greens for the 6 treatments that were never done. I notice on the June 7 invoices for the early spring services, the applied payments are higher than the original prepay indicates for those treatments. I am of course not asking for a refund on those services we received, but only on the services we pre-paid for spring, early summer and fall, which were never done. The total prepay for our house was $264.60 and on our son's house $******. Subtract the amount of the June 7 invoices, and $264.60 - 66.15 becomes $198.45 and ****** - ***** becomes $147.33, for a totaI refund due of $345.78. I was given a number to call by the All Green representative, where I left a message, but no one called back. I called again to the representative, and again had to leave a message, but she never called back either. Whenever I called, there was no response, and no call back. In fact, the number I called that the representative had given me, finally led only to an automated voice mailbox with a recording that said the voice mailbox was full. I feel in some way I have been scammed, and have paid All Greens over $300 for services I never received.
