After speaking with **** by phone in May, Sunflower Lawn was supposed to aerate and overseed our lawn. They came and performed aeration and overseeding, but they neglected to do many portions of our lawn. I emailed and called, leaving several voice mail messages, but have not heard back from Sumflower about my concerns.Business response

This is the second complaint I have filed against this company. The problem has been an ongoing issue for over 2 years. A concrete border was purchased on May of 2020. The amount we paid was for $4,306.75. The border was installed incorrectly and was finally taken out the spring/summer of this year. It took Sunflower Landscaping over 2 years just to remove the border. After repeated emails and phone calls we were promised by **** that we would finally have a new border installed the week of August 30, 2020. It is now Friday, Sept. 2, 2020 and I have yet to hear from Sunflower. As no progress has been made trying to resolve this issue and so many broken promises I would like a full refund in the amount of$4,306.75. All I have is an indentation in the grass where the border was.Customer response
