We contracted with ************************* in February 2024 to install and landscape an above ground pool. He started the job but quit on us Monday June 24. I have text messages saved on my phone. We paid $******* as a down payment to get the project started. Our last conversation he stated in a text (which I have still on my phone) he would keep 1/2 the amount of the project and refund us the difference which is $******. He stated that it would be mailed by Friday June 28, which we still have not received. My wife **** has texted him multiple times and has left two voice messages and he still is not responding. I feel like we have been more then patient but very disappointed in him. We have not found anyone to complete this project. Please help us to get our refund.Customer response

************************* of Built to Last Pools did not complete our project that we signed with him in February. On June 24, he stated that he had to cut his losses and drop our project. He left us with a 1/2 completed project for a pool instillation. Thru text messages he stated that he would except 1/2 of the cost of the projection which we paid over that amount to him. He stated that he would refund us the difference which is $******. I still have all text messages. Currently with the ********* issues I cannot get them to send to my email to send to you. I can try again to send to you if needed. I send text many times during the week and have called multiple times. He does not text back and called me back one time and stated that I need to be patient for the refund. We have been patient and we need help in getting him to just follow thru and refund us ASAP. Thank you for your consideration. End result I will be filling a complaint for others to view about his business once we receive our refund.
