I am selling my home with these people at the moment and they do not have one person apart of their team who is competent. Very unprofessional and non trustworthy! The realtor who does the scheduling, contacted me on Wednesday for a Thursday showing at 4:20pm. Unfortunately she actually sent someone to show my house on Wednesday (24hr early wrong day). These people know my hours of absences from being home. Yes, I was gone and unaware they showed my house on the wrong day without my permission. I reached out to the realtor and she apologized but unfortunately her boss/broker was very unapologetic, argumentative, arrogant and controlling. When asked how someone with credentials can make such an amateur mistake, he avoided answering my questions and hung up the phone on me. He also called me several insults in the process. Not accepting any more showings with these people u til he call my phone like I a professional and answers my questions. I would never advise anyone to use this company is very unprofessional and non trustworthy!

I had a horrible experience with one of the realtors. His name was ***************************. At first, things were going great. He seemed professional, and we wanted to work with him. We were in a bit of a bind and needed to purchase a house quickly due to an eviction from our apartment, and he said he'd be able to help us. He said he has a friend that is selling his house, and that he would be willing to sell it to us off-market. We thought, wow that's awesome!As time progressed, things began to wane. It started getting sketchy when he told us that he was going to represent the seller, and that if we got a realtor of our own, it "would change things". So we decided not to get our own realtor. And then he told us we needed to make an offer on the house without the seller even having a listing price. Unfortunately, the offer was accepted. After the inspection report came back, the inspector told us all of the windows need repaired and the **** had not been serviced in years. The realtor told us "You are asking for all cosmetic repairs, and he can turn down the deal and take your $2000 deposit. So I wouldn't ask for those" when the inspector wrote in the inspection it was serious. He also said he would give us a remote to the fans in the house once he found them while moving out -- never happened and the fans don't work. He also promised to clean the house. Instead, the realtor "cleaned" the house and "paid" for his own personal friend to "service" the ****. The realtor told us that we can make the closing two days after our eviction date because "we can always push it up sooner" and I told him that's not a good idea. We had the loan and everything ready to go. The seller refused to move out (he owns another house) and said that he would leave if we would forego the cleaning and leave whatever filth he wanted.After, the realtor told me he questioned life itself and how miserable working with us was. And how he decided to work with us, not for us. Please stay away.
