*** was the best! When he came over to talk with us about selling our home, he was prepared! He talked to us about how the market was currently doing, how homes in our neighborhood were selling, and how many homes on the market were like ours. He put together a comprehensive plan and a realistic price point for us to work with. *** also suggested that since our home was 10 years old, we should do a pre-inspection, to catch any surprises before hitting the market. He had great contacts to help us get our projects done quickly and efficiently. Our home sold the day it hit the market. His experience in his home town, is unmeasurable. *** and his team made a complicated transaction easy! *** Green and the entire Sterling Realty Advisors team made the process of preparing my home for sale, selling my home, and downsizing into a villaminium as painless as possible. Because of their expertise and local knowledge, they were able to suggest contractors, painters, and other vendors that they had vetted. I had a great experience with all of the companies that I used and saved a lot of money They were immediately responsive to every question that I had and guided me every step of the way. Their ability to generate interest in our property and negotiate with possible buyers led to multiple showings and bids that kept getting better and better. We were able to get considerably more money for our home than the asking price, and it sold in two days. The entire team is knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy, and friendly. My experience was exceptionally good, and I can't recommend them highly enough!Review from Jacqueline K

I highly recommend *** Green and his team! He helped my father sell his ************** home even though Dad and I live in Virginia. He is very knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. He provided a full service approach with assistance from pre-listing up to closing. He evaluated the home and made recommendations as to what we should have done before listing. He coordinated and supervised the repairs. He did an outstanding job marketing the home. His team coordinated and marketed the estate sale, photographing and pricing items for a very reasonable commission. I was told I could be present for the entire estate sale, but was not required to be there if I chose not to. After the estate **************** and his team finalized by removing all remaining items for a very reasonable fee. Dad and I were so impressed from start to finish and *** made this process so easy and stress-free for us. *** was upfront and honest about what to expect if we chose him as our realtor and there were no surprises other than the amazing offers we had to choose from.Review from Cody M

My wife and I spent at least 3 years looking for a home. We had a long list of check boxes we used to hopefully find the right one. *** and his team where always right there to answer questions, send us info, and do showings as we requested. *** guided us through the whole process with patience and understanding. He gave me advice and offered to help finance some much needed updates to maximize the profit. I would recommend Sterling Realty Advisors agents any day any time! I am very pleased with the results!
