3 Rivers Remodeling installed new gutters on my house last summer, and they have been leaking for about 2 months now. I got in touch with **** **** at 3 Rivers Remodeling about my leaking gutters(bad crimping job on end of one gutter) , and they had me send several pictures and I've haven't heard from them since sending the pictures they asked for. Ive been trying to get in touch with them to come and fix my gutter) I have left multiple messages and they will not get back in touch with me. I even tried going to their office and couldn't reach anyone there either. I just want my gutter fixed. I also have a 5 year warranty(Gutters installed summer 2021)Business response

Tell us why here...The customer has an older home. His original gutters had backed back into his fascia boards and there was a potential of them being rotten and unable to hang new gutters. New fascia board and wrap would have added several thousands of dollars to his $1900 gutter estimate. His gutters were installed but mounted a little lower on the fascia board in order to securely mount them, and still have them function correctly. We did an inspection with the customer once the gutters were installed and he was satisfied. We received several subsequent calls from the customer complaining the gutters were not functioning properly and have had our gutter installer out at least 4 times. The issue on the home is that the porch has settled. We explained the solution is for him to raise his porch so his gutters flow correctly, or we could put a downspout in the front of his home (at no charge) to allow proper drainage. The customer did not want either of these options done. We have been back several times, both the crew leader and the gutter installer have tried to reach a resolution, homeowner isnt happy with what we requested be done to resolve issue. Even at no charge, a little lost where to go from here and not spending more time and gas money to run around circles over and over. We have done thousand of gutter projects and have not had any complaints such as this. We have made every attempt to make this rite and its still not good enough.
