I purchased a car from the business on July 28th, 2020. The 2011 ******** Benz ******* 350 marketed at $9,000 and ****** miles. I figured this was a good deal for a luxury car, and decided to purchase it. Months later, it was smoking and shaking so I returned it to the dealer for repairs. When asking how much they would cost, I was responded with "how much do you want it to cost?" I paid $150 with no receipt, and not correcting the issues. In September of 2021, the car stopped working completely; dead battery out of nowhere, leaking water inside the cabin, and smoking under the hood. I contacted the business and the only resolution they had for me was to trade it in for something else. I recently looked up the Carfax for the vehicle, and the last reported mileage was ******* in September of 2020 when I registered it myself. I was deceived and mistreated just to purchase the vehicle. I still currently am paying the loan on the vehicle that no longer runs, which is a little more than five thousand dollars. I would like them to take the car back and give my money back, or pay the remainder or the loan and I keep it in my possession.
