Good afternoon, I currently reside at **** Traditions Court in Franklin, IN. I have made more than ********************************************************************** ***********. This has been broken since June 1st, and I have done everything asked of me per my lease agreement to have this taken care of. I am and have been driving 35+ miles to take a hot shower each morning. Additionally, I have two teenage children that have to make the same drive as well to take a shower. As a tenant thats expected to pay monthly rent expenses, my expectation is that I will have the things outlined in my lease agreement including hot water. Ive been advised the hot water unit in *********** is 13 years old. It is gas and patching it up instead of replacing it present a fire concern. At this point I do not know how to correct this situation, but i a beyond frustrated how inattentive this company has been to a maintenance issue at my expense. In regard to the case indicated above, the water heater has been replaced by a licensed plumber on 6/15/22, and an account credit has been given to the resident for the inconvenience.
Our property, Traditions Townhomes, was sold to ****** ***************** on 5/13/22. There was a time where we did not have new vendors set up for our property with the new ownership, which has now been resolved. There was also about a period of 30 days where IT did not have my email box set up correctly to retrieve any messages residents were sending. This did not become apparent to me until ******* was finally able to reach out to me after sending an email directly to our new management company. There was also issues with our phone tree after the sale of the property closed that also caused ******* to have difficulties in reaching us. To say we had multiple issues in this acquisition is an understatement. Luckily, everything seems to be back to normal now.
