I paid in full ******* on 7-14-23.When I received this order there were a lot of missing items which I got told was on back order and that it would be sent out within the week which was not the case. I never received any of the items I was promised. I also was promised to replace items that were defective. We were extremely patient as to we were preferring those products instead of having to get refunded. There were multiple times I contacted them and the last I heard was that they would just refund back to my card. I then kept trying to contact them and they stopped responding and never answered my calls or messages. I have proof of this. Please contact ************* ********** or **** assistant GM ********** with information.
