Booked a cruise, 2 rooms, through *******************, Dream Vacations Travel Agency. Had to cancel the cruise on January 24, 2022 due to Covid. According to the letter from Carnival there would be a full refund. We received a full refund for one room; however, only received the initial payment for the second room. I have been in contact with ***** and ****** from Dream Vacations multiple, at least 47 emails and multiple calls with ***** and 16 emails and multiple calls with ******, to get this resolved. Carnival will not give me any information because it was booked through Dream vacations. I have been told multiple times, the refund is being mailed to me or sent by email. For example this email from May 26th "You should be receiving an electronic gift card in the amount of $1842.88 by email from Carnival in the next ***** hours. It is going to your Gmail account so watch for it and check spam as well. They were not able to CC me on the email. They have notes from when I have called in numerous times but no explanation of why it was not sent." And still I have not received the refund. I have asked to be put on a 3 way call with the travel agency and carnival and that "cannot be done".
