I have been without heat since yesterday. I called ****** home solution on yesterday morning so they could send someone out as it is very cold in my house and outside. I was told to allow a four hour window which I did I never received a phone call from ******* *** *****. So I called four and a half hours later left a message no return call. Monday morning I call ****** home solution I finally received a call from the company. Spoke with *******. he state I need a part he went for the part at 10:43am it is now 1:50 he has not returned yetBusiness response

Customer was not satisfied with the wait time for Tech to return with repair part. Our local vendor in **** did not have the part. They could have the part shipped from their Crown Point location for next day service repair. Our Tech decided to go to Crown Point, as he continue service calls in that direction and would return the same day to complete repair. This was explained to custom. Once repair was competed before the Tech could leave the resident's property she called into the BBB to file a complaint. Customer would not respond to call from our office or the Tech who was still at her resident. Any customer not satisfied with our service is welcome to request other providers.

I am rejecting this response because:
The information provided was not entirely true,the provider called my home an left a nasty message on my voicemail that was entirely inappropriate.I am aware that I can request another provider in fact I did this was the third time this same provider came out for the same problem. It was winter and my home was cold. I was told this was an emergency provider each time my heat go out its over the weekend they never answer.
