      Thank you ***** and team at the *** ave. Ziebart!!!! I was so thrilled with the tint results of my vette i took there a few weeks ago that I took my truck just last Tuesday to get the driver and passenger windows done. The tint turned out absolutely amazing and I will always recommend them to anyone. This entire work team goes over and beyond to exceed customers expectations. I really appreciate everyone and thank you so much for another perfect job.Thank you, *****

      Ziebart ended up destroying my 1966 Chevrolet Corvair. The rust spread *********** time I took my car to my mechanic. He asked me right away if the car had been Ziebarted. He said I had made a terrible mistake and the rust would consume the car. It did just that and eventually ruined the frame.DONT EVEN CONSIDER ZIEBART!!!

      Never again would I give my business to these folks. they broke the back studs off of the **** emblem on my tailgate when they had to accessed the inside of the tailgate for some a reason i wasn't informed of. I called to tell them but didn't get an answer, so I drove down to show them. the salesperson came to me, we talked a minute then went to get the manager (*****), he came out with someone with him.He came out, looked at it. he went back inside so i followed him. after a minute or so he looks at me and says "they" didn't do it. i had just purchased this truck, no scratches dings. very clean, had *****k miles on it. I only had it for a week. OF COURSE they broke it, they had just been inside of the tailgate! He told me this himself, then said he was not going to pay for it. Afterwards, he started cursing at me. He accused me of harassing an employee, says he saw this. The salesperson had given me a hug and he is saying it was indecent. I was threatened by ***** saying he would throw me off the property they were both informed then that I was disabled, and he had coworker beside him while he was cussing. at me. He then tried to silence me for using the same language his boss had used. the co-worker I told him to shut-up. The coworker then says he's going to kick my a** if he saw me on the street. I told him I would be across the street. he didn't show! . I want my truck repaired! They were too be the cause of all of this. Hire a lawyer? NO! i just want it repaired. They Know they broke it.

      I asked several times what was included in the package I purchased. The agent was evasive & would not clearly answer my questions. Very poor service, when I picked up my truck it was raining. I was told by Ziebart to not wash my truck for 5 days. I asked about the rain & was told rain will not hurt the undercoating. The next day I looked and more than half of the undercoating was missing due to the rain. I felt they did not respect my concerns & I thought the agents were rude and concerned more about money and getting me out of the store.

      Very very disappointed in the *********** ** Ziebart. I was the first to arrive for my rest, protection and paint protection at 8 AM and there was only my car and one other one I was told that was needing to be worked on and it shouldnt take very long. After two hours of waiting, I went over to find that my car was sitting, waiting to have its paint protection done while there was an employees vehicle being detailed, and four people standing around inside, not doing anything. After mention it to the manager, he himself pulled my car in and stated that it would not take very long for them to wash it and get the paint protection done. This was at 10:15 AM. The person working on my car was busy, listening to his headphones and walking very slowly and gingerly around my car as I stood there and watched waiting for it to be done. While this was going on the employees, vehicle was still getting worked on by one person and they were three standing around, not doing anything else. I did not get my car given to me until 11:30 AM. The lack of urgency when this customer expressed, he needed to be somewhere by 12 PM and the lack of respect by the crew, watching me stand there, waiting for my vehicle, and then not moving any faster will be the reason I will not continue to go to this particular Ziebart anymore for my services.

      Worst customer service ever. I had taken my truck in for rust protection, undercoating, and windows tint. Once home, I noticed white bubbles in the tint. In my non expert opinion, this looked like dirt behind the tint. I called to let them know. She very rudely told me to wait 30 days. She also went into a rehearsed speech on their shop is not a dust free. I brought the truck back and a young man came out to look at my issue. We walked back in, and I was helped by another lady who must have been at lunch. She looked at my windows anyway. As we walked back in, she began a rehearsed speech on the tinting process and what the warranty covers. I explained I am not happy with the dirt in my windows. She said she would re-tint the windows at my cost.I got handed off to ****** as she told the other lady to go back to lunch. She rudely began the rehearsed speech on the tinting process, warranty, and the non-dust free shop. I tried to stop her and explain my issue. She said, you need to listen to me, or I will just send you to customer service. She continued her speech as she took me in the back to see a vehicle that was getting prepped for tint. I asked how much dirt was allowed behind the tint. This aggravate her, she explained this was not a dust free environment, again. She had not even looked at my windows. I asked her to look at the windows. She seen the windows and said oh yea that is dust, and it will not get worse. We do not cover this. In fact, If we re-tint these it could be worse. I could not believe I was hearing this. I said I could not believe this was acceptable work. She got more aggravated and began to argue with me like a teenager. Fact is they just needed to be accountable for their work and fix the windows. Now I am not only stuck with the bill but, I will need to pay another shop to remove their tint and re-tint the windows. I will never go back here and spread my experience with anyone who will listen.

      I just got the best customer service I've ever had at the ****** location! I appreciate the care and consideration that ***************** extended to me. He was kind and respectful. He was also very knowledgeable about our car in general, and pointed out a couple of things that *** need to be inspected for safe driving. Now, I want to say that this is a drastic improvement from what I had experienced about 2 years ago, and the year before that!!! It had more to do with management than anything else. I guess it always does!! If they keep ***************** on the team and don't tie his hands, it will be a great place to go to get a good job done!! My car looked like a million bucks!!!

      I recently purchased a Tahoe and had the front driver's side and passenger side windows tinted at the Ziebart on **************** in ******, ****. Upon inspection of the completed job, there was a hair between the window and glass of the driver side. In addition, the paperwork for the vehicle was under a completely different vehicle, making the warranty void. When I dropped off the vehicle to have it and the paperwork fixed, I was greeted with incompetence of how to fix the paperwork and indifference to the inconvenience they caused and was actually threatened that they weren't going to fix their mistakes because I expressed my frustration. Note that while I wasn't cheery and chipper, I was not rude or condescending - certainly no behavior that would warrant the threat to not fix the vehicle. I simply told them during their efforts to upsell me that I was not interesting in doing anything else to the vehicle, regardless of what they "found". I definitely do not recommend taking any vehicle back to this location and would hesitate taking any vehicle back to any Ziebart. Very disappointed is an understatement.

      Took my car in for the yearly maintenance. When I went to pick up, there was a scratch on my car that was not there when I dropped it off. I told them about it at pick up, and they said "We didn't do that, it was already there." They were adamant they didn't do it. They were more concerned I came before they called (even though when I called to make the appointment, they told me it would be done between 3-4 and I had to adjust my work schedule). I called the next day to talk to a manager, and his response was "I'm sure it was there when you dropped it off." Even though he didn't see my car, he was "sure" it was there at drop off. I asked for the district manager, but all they gave me was an email address to contact, which was useless.
