  **************** came into my property without consent and mowed over flowers.I dont have a contract with them but my neighbor does. I reached out to the business and I have text messages to prove it but nothing is being settled here.

  To whom it may concern 

   

  First And foremost, this individual is not our customer she lives next to our customer. On the date mentioned our team went out to service our customer who lives next door, there was some overgrowth that was cut it was located on the property line of our customer, the neighbor notified us that was cut her flowers sent us pictures of what appeared to be weeds stating that there were flowers there even following the cut there were no roots to indicate flowers present we apologize but it doesnt even look like its on her property I will do my best to resolve this matter. Sorry for any inconvenience!

  Good Afternoon, 
  
        This is ***************************** from Devine Landscaping. I am responding to the complaint #******** that was issued against us. Our customer ***************** located at ************************;     ******* who is an elderly man and their neighbor , instructed our crew to cut that portion of grass. He stated it was his property and wanted that gone. I called the daughter of ***************** and they confirmed that was the case. Our company will never purposely cut any one other than our customers' **********************. It was instructions from our customer. The Person who filed this complaint called us Monday July 22nd, we were looking into the complaint as we do all the time. We were not ignoring this customer. We take pride in handling any issues that *** arise with customers or any person involved. **************** is something we take seriously. Again the neighbor that we cut stated this was an issue between them and is willing to state her part in it and has been an ongoing issue between them. They also stated that the property did not have flowers or any plants and it was just weeds. Not sure how we continue with this but please let me know what to do going forward.
