On August 31, 2022 @ around 6pm I placed an order for carryout in the amount of $78.67. I attached a copy of the receipt to this complaint.The order was missing items. The order also had a mistake with the way a sandwich was made.Upon contacting the business for resolution, I was told nothing could be done. Then told to bring all the food back for replacement. I refused to bring all the food back, due to the fact that I was already at the restaurant and was missing some of my order anyway.The restaurant, ********* assured me they would remake the missing items, as I advised I would have someone pick them up. Upon arrival to pick up the missing and remade items, that person was told they had to pay for the items again since we didn't bring the original food and the "missing" food back.I called and asked for a manager, a cook impersonated a manager, then I was hung up on the phone. After several more calls, no one would answer my phone calls any longer. It appears they were avoiding my calls.At this point, this situation escalated and another "manager" named **** gave me a false number for the "owner" named ******. Obviously this was not correct and ****** did NOT exist. Because after messaging via ******** someone by the name of "***" who claims HE was the "owner" called and wanted to make this right. He agreed to refund my total bill. if I met him at the restaurant. He wouldn't credit my credit card because "it would take too long" so I agreed to message him via Text (his preference) and meet him. However, he has since blocked my number and there has been no responses. In fact, the ******** page also blocked me from messaging them through that portal.At this point I am out $78.67 with terrible service, fraud, and awful food and experiences. Plus food we NEVER even received. I have filed a Yelp Review and ****** Review on this business, but demand a full refund.
