I hired ***** Construction in **************** to install windows, siding and gutters in 2023. The individual installing the gutters completely installed the gutters wrong per the supervisor ***(who they let go in 2024).*** was trying to fix the errors of his workers and said the gutters were installed incorrectly. Example, they attached the gutters to my front step of my deck causing a trip hazard, then they ran the gutter next to the basement foundation and water was coming in to my basement. Then they tried to fix it again using my old gutters that they removed from my home that I paid them to replace! Yes, they used my old gutters to run the downspout under my deck and water is going into my deck post! This needs to be corrected!The supervisor said the gutter should be redone and wanted to charge me extra money for a job they never completed correctly in the first place! He said his worker made an error! This supervisor has came to our home several times but never corrected these issues. He said he would be in trouble if his owner found out!This company did not adhere to their written contract with us. We know we have legal rights and that they failed to complete the contract as written. We have reached out in good faith to resolve this without going to court but they have not returned our phone calls or emails.Now, we have flashing that came away and is hanging. They never attached our cable wires back to the home when they replaced the siding. We have siding that is buckling and waving on the back of the house. They said they warrantied their work for the lifetime of the home. Im now finding out that this isnt true!We can no longer in good faith recommend this company. Please reach out to us before we take this to court! I will be attaching photos of these above issues. Along with providing photos of the gutters that they used from our old one that we paid to have replaced. We didnt sign off on this work.Business response

In January of 2024, I reached out to ******************* (Manager) of Kraz Construction. I had some manufacturing/installation issues from a siding install the company had performed. This is also not the first time the company had been contacted regarding issues with the initial installation. ******************* asked for me to give him a week or so due to weather issues, and he was going to have a representative from the manufacturer accompany him during the inspection. That inspection took place about a month later, mid-February, and I was told they would be replacing siding due to the issues thar were observed during the inspection. I was told that a nearby fixed structure could have possibly caused the majority of the issue (siding warped and buckling). The issues have been consistent on more areas of the house than what was noticed around the structure, so it was ruled that there was probably also a defect in the color/style of the siding that *** have also contributed to the issue as well. Now a month or better has gone by and I have reached out multiple times and patiently waited for a call back from the company to schedule an appointment to correct the issues. I have been told on numerous occasions over the phone by the secretary that I will be contacted by the general manager regarding the repair process but have not yet heard back from him. On Saturday March 16th, I experienced some very windy conditions in my area and the wind pulled the loose and defective siding from my house. I worked effortlessly with my wife and son to reattach the siding back into place and used some spare pieces I had in storage to help secure the siding back to the house. As you can imagine, the siding caused a great deal of stress and began to wave and smack into other sections of siding causing more issues. It had also contacted and knocked down my Ring floodlight camera attached to my home. The impact from the loose siding broke the camera lens cover and now my camera only works intermittently.Business response

I have spoke with **** & the problem with curling siding was from a piece of metal that was on top of his pergola. **** has since taken down the metal & sent pictures of house. Kraz is ordering siding & correcting the issue. ********************* knows all of this as we have been in contact all last week.

I have not received any information from the company as to when they will have the siding available or when they plan on making the repairs. I reached out by phone and email and have yet to receive a response.Business response

Kraz Construction has spam called me four different times today, despite me not even knowing who they were. I had to ****** the phone number to find out who the h*** kept calling. They leave no messages, they just call twice in a row and then it stops.I blocked the number today so hopefully this doesn't happen again.But since Noon yesterday, I've received four different calls. 1/24: Called at 12:18 pm 1/24 Called at 2:29 pm 1/25 Called at 11:08 pm 1/25 Called at 2:43 pm Enough is enough, stop calling my house. I do not know who you are, or why you're calling.Business response

First of all Kraz is sorry that this number was dialed repeatedly over a two day period. I checked all our call records of all phones at Kraz Construction & that number was never dialed out of this office according to ******* business who has our phone number.
Again we are sorry for bothering the customer. I have a request in for a look into to this situation.

Got a estimate $3700 put a $2000 deposit for the gutters work was suppose to be done by 11-20-21. Have not heard anything from them about when they are going to do the work. However someone told me they want more money to do the work even though I was told $3700. The salesman made up this contract before the ********* came out to inspect the house after I gave them the $2000 down. If they wanted more why didnt the ********* come out and do the estimate.Business response

Kraz Construction is sorry for delay with install. 2021 has been a challenging year. Kraz is installing Gutters Friday 12/17/21. Response to wanting more money, no one has asked customer for any extra money.Customer response

They said they are going to come and put the gutters on with no additional charge thank you for assisting me in getting to why it was taking so long to do what we had initially agreed on otherwise I would not have put the pay them the $2000 if they were not satisfied with our agreement. They should have sent a ********* to give the estimate and not a salesman. Thank you
