      Used a bait and switch tactic to lure us an hour away only to have the sales manager ****** refuse to honor the price that was agreed upon when my wife called in the morning. ****** knew we were new parents that desperately need to get a bigger car and she knew my car was dangerous to drive because they test drove it for trade-in. We spent 4-5 hours just to be able to get to the dealership because we have a newborn, another 2 hours at the dealership and when it came time one for paperwork, ****** jumped in and refused to honor the price. She claimed it wasnt approved when my wife had called and verified before we drove an hour away and made sure they had all the info they needed for that price when we got there. ****** tried to hard sell me a few days before that when I had said from the beginning I had to come back with my wife because the car is for her. She was rude to me that day, and then right from the moment she sat down once my wife was there, she immediately was rude to her too and hostile towards me because I didnt buy the car Saturday. ****** preyed on our struggle as new parents to try and force us to pay $1,000 more. She waited till we had already sunk our entire day into buying the car and the last possible moment before informing us she wont honor price that brought us there in the first place So disclaimer, this dealership has many hidden fees theyll wait to tell you about until after youve spent hours with the them, they are:ALL cars have Brake Plus installed on them and it cost $1000, if you push them, it goes to &499 and they wont budge on it that. The brake plus part cost &56 and takes less than 5 minutes to install. Its simply a profit generator for them Document fees are charged and then more are charged hidden into your government fees If you arent financing with them, their demeanor changes and they dont want you to buy the car there

      They added a extended warranty and road hazard to my nieces car we did not want. Very dishonest moves also was to take some money off but manipulated us. Took advantage of my niece and me.

      I had my car towed there 11-27-23 and had an appointment for my car to be looked at on that Friday 12-1-23. I reached out to them on 12-11-23 after no hearing anything about what needed to be fixed. They then told me that my appointment didnt count because it was towed there. They said that it would take three weeks to even diagnostic it. Thats crazy within itself but i said ok. Here it is two months and i have been calling and leaving voice mails with no returned calls. I went there a week ago and they said it was being worked on and that my advisor would reach out and he has not. I think its crazy that our cars are already huge targets and gettin broken into to try to steal with a car charger left and right. So not only do i have to pay for repairs out of my pocket because full coverage is not available for my car but i have also been paying for a rental for two months.

      I originally set up an appointment with the Webb Hyundai dealership in ********, *******, over a month ago to get my check engine light diagnosed. I brought my car in on August 3rd and was told that the next day on August 4th I would receive information regarding what was wrong with my car. Once I brought my car in, I had to call multiple times for over a week to get some knowledge about what was going on with my car. It should not take over a week to understand what was going on with my car and it shouldnt take multiple calls on the customers part to get the needed details. I have called today on August 16th and just was told again that they cant work on my car until a specialist comes in to work on it. The fact no one in the service department knows when the specialist will be in the building to fix my car is unacceptable by any means. I leave for college this weekend and wont have a car for school because this dealership isnt doing its job.

      The ****************** has a terrible scheduling system, I wish I could give 0 stars. The vehicles are assigned to a technician - not on one list and the next available technician works on the next car. My cruise control was malfunctioning and needed to be removed. It would take two hours or less and cost $189. However, my vehicle was assigned to a technician who was working on an engine repair. I had to wait three weeks and pay 3 weeks for a rental which was 3 times as much as my repair! The service advisor (****) and the service manager (*****) were condescending and acted clueless every time I talked with them. I can't believe this dealership has a BBB A+ Rating! Check the reviews on Yelp, the dealership website, etc. There are a lot of people who share my experience.
