For over the past 6 months Johnson Junction Washroom owners have allowed green mildew and slim to build up inside the washers. They stated to other complaints that the washers are cleaned daily which is not true with the pictures I've taken. My clothes smell worse after being washed because of the mildew or green mold in the washers. The owners have also allowed the service and repairs to get so far behind that while trying to use a washer it will break down during use and alarm out. This has happened 4 times over the past 6 months and I have to get an employee to open the washer and refund me but all my detergent that I have used is not refund. My clothes smelling after being washed is another waste of money.Customer response

Reached out via phone to **************** about his experience. We were already in the process of getting the doors of the washers cleaned. Explained that the doors have to be taken off in order for them to be cleaned in the place he is concerned about, but that we would get our laundromat cleaner and our maintenance tech to do that ASAP. Also will be mailing **************** a card with washer/dryer credit for his inconvenience and for his detergent.
Also explained to him that we're doing our best to maintain the machines, but we are still having trouble getting all the parts we need. Also explained that some issues with the machines are intermittent, so if our technicians can't duplicate the issue with the machine, it sometimes takes a while to track down the root of the issue. **************** was satisfied with the response and I thanked him for letting us know and giving us a chance to improve.

I am rejecting this response because:
As I agree with what we discussed, it sounded positive to be addressed and I appreciate your very respectful attitude, the issue is, now it's been over a week since we've discussed all the issues and the washers still have the same green mildew and haven't been addressed. I understand that the doors needed to be taken apart to be cleaned but a week is more than enough time to at least get started and we have yet to see any improvements. Also I have not yet received any refund as discussed for laundry detergent. I don't need a call back, myself and other customers just want to see action being taken. Once issues are addressed and action is taken I will re-evaluate.Business response

Responded again to the customer. We have began cleaning the washers that he complained about, about half done and the rest will be completed this week. Laundry card with $20 Credit is being mailed to the customer today to cover the soap. Copied the BBB rep on the email.Customer response
