I paid $43,000 in full through my lenders for a food truck and have never received it. I havent heard from the owner in months. After investing, I realized that this is how this man lives, off of scamming others who are attempting to start businesses. Ive spoken with 12 others who have been scammed as well. I want something done and my money returned. THE BUSINESS IS A SCAM and the business address is a vacant lot.Business response

I have tried to contact this customer they have my email, which is ****************** there is still a balance of over $16,000 that they owe. We are happy to finish their truck if thats what they would like and they have the final balance due or we would be happy to issue a refund for what was paid.Customer response

I gave ***** deposit for a food truck for the amount of ******. I was told he would need another payment as the truck got more work done to it. So he finally reached out and said he needed another payment. I made him another check for *****. Ever since that last time of the delivery of the check I have not heard from him again. I tried to call and no answer. He finally texted me back that he had covid. That he would get me the updated pictures of the truck soon. It's been 2 weeks since, and nothing yet. I called and still no answer. I'm getting worried because I have seem a lot of reviews about how he is a scam artist. Sadly I saw them after all this has unfolded.Initial Complaint

Looked up and on the Internet and found this business FFTTLLC Talk to *** we made an appointment . Made an appointment to come to his business ************************************************ ** .March 10, 2023 wired him money to his account first ***************** ******************************************************* ****** Havent been in contact with him calling the business and no return requested paperwork on the truck for Vin number blueprints no return calls I emailed him text him numerous times *** hasnt respond so I need help with this issue Business name FFTT,LLC *************************************************************** 260-358-788. *********************Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
On April 6, 2023 *** text me and said, he would give me updates on my truck and I havent heard anything from him emailed *** April 17, 2023 call updates on completion .so at this point I am just very dissatisfied with his customer service.
