      I ordered plantation shutters and top-down/bottom-up ***** shades for my new forever home. Gave them $11,000 deposit. After waiting approximately 2.5 months, the plantation shutters were installed and look great. However, the ***** shades were wrong and looked like something you could buy at Wal Mart. The shades were not top down/bottom up. The installation guy had put up three shades before the error was caught. They took the others back to get the correct ones ordered. I had to pay an additional $2500 to have the new ***** shades ordered. At this point I have given this company $13,500. The design consultant came back out and we went over the ***** shades I wanted. He informed me that they no longer make the ***** shades in top-down/bottom-up and cordless. I agreed to go with a corded loop product. Two weeks later I am informed that they no longer make a corded loop top down/bottom-up ***** ****** and I would have to go with dangling cord. I informed the design consultant and account managers that I did not want a dangle cord product.The sales consultant informed he that he would request a refund for me. I am now having difficulty getting my refund processed.

      Hi *******, We called you yesterday to tell you that your refund is being processed. We are mailing you a check for the ***** shades and will remove the three installed. I want to clarify that the additional $2,500 that you paid was not for the ***** shades, it was the balance due for the shutters that were installed. I am sorry that the manufacturers have changed the way they make top down bottom up ***** shades and we were not able to get these for you. We will be reaching out to schedule the removal of the installed shades and your refund is being processed.

      Im going to get to the point: ordered blinds and valances. Signed electronically for the products on the day the sales man came to our home for consultation. On day of delivery blinds were installed as ordered but the valances were not the material we ordered. Upon approaching the company, I was told that The salesman came to our home and we ordered a different fabric because the original one was out of stock. We never saw the sales man after the initial visit. The company presented me with an electronic contract that was manipulated stating the different fabric if valance. Upon looking at the contract, The salesmans signature is very different from original contract and mine is dot to dot exact same. Also the front gate had no record of entering the community in which I live. Never ever sign any document electronically as it can easily be copy pasted. ****** learned. Never sign electronically with such dishonest company. I am a believer of Karma!

      Zingas rep was shown existing plantation shutters in our master bedroom and was told we wanted faux wood shutters exactly like those (white, hidden tilt with sill caps on bottom). The sales rep took pictures of our existing shutters and assured us he could match ours almost exactly.We signed an estimate on 7/2/21 that quoted a 16 to 18 week lead time. At the end of November we were told our shutters would be installed on December 8th (23 weeks later). When the installers arrived, they scratched our wood floors while assembling the shutters in our living room floor, then announced the shutters were 1 too big and needed to be repaired back at the shop. After waiting another week, they arrived to install the shutters a second time. The shutters they installed had a rear tilt instead of a hidden tilt and did not have a sill cap to hide our marble *****. When the installers called the sales rep, his response was you signed the estimate. After insisting they fix the issue, we were told the company would see about having sill caps made for the shutters, but we would have to pay for them at their cost. While bringing shutters into our family room, the installer hit a large metal picture on the wall, causing it to crash to the floor, leaving a huge ***** in our hardwood floor. Each time we called to speak to a manager or the owner, our calls were sent to voice mail. We were told someone would call, but they never have. We want the company to replace the shutters with the type we ordered.
